Base transfer core

    So we have soul core
    But what about base core?
    The idea behind this is to not farm the same uniques over and over but to improve a unique you already have.
    The crafting however has to be very precise
    especially regarding weapons
    if you use an axe you can only transfer it to an axe of the same tier.
    No more need to buy a weapon untill you land a gold base, nope you find a legendary or craft a legendary of the same tier and transfer the base values.

    *Note: the dev team can only use this idea if they give me the hammer of zeal :D
