blue screen

    hello
    I try to play the game, and when i connecting to the game, i see pale blue screen, and after a few sec, it's tried to reconect, but when it connect again, i see pale blue screen again, i try to open new charcter, and it was good until it happaned again.
    plz helppp :(

    Hi @tzoorik , when you get this screen try to wait until the game starts. I get this screen sometimes when starting the game, but after few seconds game starts.

    look, sometimes i need to wait 5 or 6 "connection screen" and it's ok, but sometimes 15 min do not help.

    Kill all unnecessary processes that are "eating" your resources.
    And check your system compatibility.

    i did it, still not working, its start from yesterday, i lvl 20, so it's not from the begining....

    Clean your OS, remove all unnecessary programs at windows start up.
    Scan your system with antivirus/antimalware programs.

    If nothing helps you can contact the support.
