    Dear Heroes,

    Some of you are coming back to our Support Center asking for some extra steps after the Brown Screen episode that affected some of you two months ago. As you may remember, the team fixed this issue with release 168 and since then we are monitoring the situation quite closely to ensure it does not happen again. There was definitely a lesson to be learnt there and we do apologize once again for all the inconveniences this caused you.

    However, we are afraid there won’t be any specific and further compensation happening in the future.

    The Customer Support team remains at your disposal should you encounter any other problems inside the game.
