    -remove change herald set buff
    -reduce bosses hitpoints
    -give unique values to all unique weapons
    -link single unique weapons to other items to create sets
    -change useless and unused sets bonuses
    -make all builds and weapons viable again

    -remove herald set buff
    It just need to be changed, not removed, and standardized for all classes. Maybe: if you use 'x' ability, your damage is increaaed 150% and your speed attack 50% for DK's and 35% for the rest.

    -reduce bosses hitpoints
    As they are now (R211) they're fine.

    -give unique values to all unique weapons
    Yes: Wolf Slayer, Untouchables, Alliance and so on.

    -link single unique weapons to other items to create sets
    Not only weapons, but items like Grimmag's torso, Premium items, Nefertari's cloak and amulet...

    -change useless and unused sets bonuses
    -make all builds and weapons viable again

    Yes: Guardian temple, Corruption Set, Steam Powered Set, Atlantis set, and the list continues.

    Nope don't remove herald set buff, leave it as it is but:
    Give Q4 set 20% attack speed set bonus to all classes
    For rangers on Q4 remove the birds of prey and instead give them 50% increased poison damage and 25% increased damage to explosive arrow and precise shot, to currently bleeding foes ofc
    For spellweavers its fine.
    For mechs tesla is useles and I dont know maybe give quick shot and heavy shot 30% burn damage and set bonus increase 2 attacks by 25%

    Next blood rune weapon the increased weapon damage should be adjusted to 125% <- then its perfect for all classes.

    Premium weapon add unique line 30% increased damage or 30% increased weapon damage.

    Then there will be 4 weapons to choose from on the game.

    You can't "standardize" items and buffs.
    That announcement from the dev team was the single most stupid thing i have ever read.
    They already did that to base stats of items and skills ... that is why we have a broken game.
    Every class is different and it can't use same buff as the others ... because it will not work. It will work for some but it will not work for the others.
    What they are doing since Qaizah expansion is making one class in four different skins and different names.
    It is like changing a color to orange from orange to yellow and call it a lemon.
    Are you sure you are not one of the devs? :D
    Because that is what they are doing ... and thus the game is unbalanced.
    You are always talking about the other classes from DKs perspective. Also you are always looking from your personal view point.
    Ranger is not a DK ... it is working differently with rangers.
    What is good for DKs is not good for rangers or the other classes.
    Don't change the q7 but boost Q4 set? And what will it do? nothing.
    The game will have the same monotony as it has now.
    All items should be reworked and made competitive at same level. That is the only solution.

    As for Rangers' q7:

    a) Many sets' special abilities ca only be triggered once in x seconds (e.g. Khalys's set). Why can you use the op q7 bonus every like 8 seconds (depending on your Net cooldown)? --> Apply a long cooldown.
    Or
    b) Decrease the +150% dmg buff.
    Or
    c) Increase the dmg buff, increase the 2s time limit, keep the 0 concentration limit, but apply all this only to 1 explosive arrow.
    Or
    d) do whatever else to make it less spammy.

    Hard to say. Monsters are easy or hard depending on how strong the players are.

    Yes.

    Not sure. Sometimes it's good to have unique items that you can use to their full potential without having to worry about its connection to other unique items.

    Sure.

    -make all builds and weapons viable again
    This should be automatic without us having to request it :/

    No please don't request another set bonus to be bound to the bloody Explosive Arrow. It's annoying as heck already with q7.

    Q4's link to Blade Dance instead would be interesting, as it's in fact Bearach's stun skill...

    Still dont know what to do for mecs with Q4
    Blood rune on its own though would be OP with 125% wd, let me post some skills stats
    Sorry @trakilaki these are for DK but its basic attacks with differentiated weapons, all crit on monsters is listed at 100% dmg skill except for Q4
    Fist up is Premium weapon on t6 with 719-1018 base and it has 30% dmg as a unique line.

    Next up is premium weapon with 30% weapon damage added to the unique lines instead of 30% damage.

    Next up is Q4 at 125% base dmg on rageful swing.

    Last but not least is the blood rune weapon

    You will notice blood rune has the highest dpi due to the extra attack speed you get from it
    @trakilaki I mentioned the bleeding foes due to the scatter shot bonus, I know rangers have different skills but the weapon perk makes it possible
    Also I intended those perks based on what spellweaver has and dk too
    Btw 50% increased poison damage to currently bleeding foes makes sense because if I wound is poisoned it would be more damage.
    The requested attack speed was to equalize Q4 for all classes vs Q7

    yes but strong players means herald buff players, so if we think of q7 reduction then bosses should be weaker

    you may be right
