    Do I have to complete the Cloak of Power quest in Atlantis befor I can get the quest for the next one? Am closing in on level 41 now and STLL cannot get enough of everything needed to finish the stupid thing! Is there any trick to making such items drop at a decent rate?

    No tricks... just farming... and you have to do them all in sequence.

    Brace yourself for the last one, but keep in mind that it's way easier than it used to be once.
