Didn't get anything from recent code

    Hello support team,

    I recently entered the code "MERRYCHRISTMAS17" and didn't receive anything excpet the 28 draken 5 times, while my sister sitting next to me received 4 times the ostrich mount !!!!!!!
    was this a bug or just bad luck as always, please any help will be greatly appreciated

    Yes, that's bad luck. Drops are random, so it's not a bug.
    Remember that those bonus codes are free.

    Same here. 140 draken is equivalent to a couple of draken progress rewards in most flagship events. I appreciate the free stuff.

    Now if only I could have gotten 10 Pristine Cores from the core sphere instead of 10 frost spheres...
