full moon items

hi ive searched everywhere and cant work out what to do with silver pebbles wolfsbane and claw of vargulf anyone know?

The first time you attempt the new Full Moon event, you'll have to go through a couple of cycles as some of the one-time initial quests must be done in "day" mode (i.e., when the event is not running), and some have to be done in "night" mode (i.e., actual event time). And they alternate. So it will take a couple of months before you're in a normal pattern.

To be a bit more specific, the items you mentioned, combined with Silver Essence, can be turned in to one of the NPCs in a repeatable quest (which doesn't appear initially) to get back Shining Silver Essence. Silver Essence is needed to kill mobs and bosses in the main map; Shining Silver Essence is needed to kill mobs and bosses in the Bloodmoon map (the entrance to that map only opens up after you've killed Vargulf, the main boss on the main map).
