Gem Refiner of Qaizah

    I am trying to use the gem refiners I got for the level 50+ gems but they do not work. I keep being told that I can't refine them. Do you need a membership for the refiners to work or what?

    Hello @markdavis4, gem refiners are to be used on regular gems (level 0-49) to transform them into their "Qaizah" versions with the right amount of refiners required for the gem's quality, Qaizah (level 50+) gems cannot be refined further, thus gem refiners won't have any effect on them, best regards. ;)
