Help for quest:relic among the ravens

How do you obtain this quest?Drake the skeleton doesn't give it to me

 

Do you mean "An Underground Relic"?

I did have problems finding Jon Sunlair and had to reload the map twice before he showed up but if you see Drake and he isn't giving you the quest, it sounds like you may already have it.

You probably have to find those notes. they are dropping form the monsters in Castle Ravencaw.
I have already finished the quest but I can't recall if i took it before or after finding the notes ... but i did get them from monsters.

 

Or maybe you have to finish the first relic quest?

 

i have dropped the notes in castle normal and completed the quest
I didn't get the quest to castle painful

 

One change in this version of the event is that all of Drake's quests can be done in normal.
