    Hello guys, i can enter to my account on website but i cannot enter to my account on the game the id and password is wrong they say ? Anyone know what is this ?

    Welcome to the EN Forum :)

    Try typing your username and password carefully, checking caps lock, etc. Reinstall the game, if necessary. Try to delete your temp files. If you can login via browser, you should be able to do the same in the client :)

    If the problem remains after that, you will have to contact support. We can't help you here, in the forum
