    I understand that you have to get Orbax Ink from the Orbax in the Sanctuary of Ice, but the only Orbax I can find is in Oceanus's Opal Shrine, where do you find the Orbax Ink? Also I just discovered the Snow Globe. I also have the Squill and the Piece of Parchment, what do you have to do to get the ink? Am I missing a quest or two? Please help!?!?!?

    What is the quest's name?
    You can usually find those Orbax in the sewers in the center of the map.

    Is it A Mother's Worry ?

    If so ... you can find Orbax Ink in Fjalnir's Cradle of Frost

    Is your Sanctuary of Ice map complete as in Traki's pic? Until you get get certain quests done the part of the map with the Orbax is unavailable. I don't recall which quest you need to finish but I do remember you get the quest you are working on before you can finish it. (I think that happens twice with that quest.)
