is support on holiday ?

    Hello,
    i just wanted to know if all people working on support are on holiday ? Because i wrote a ticket 3 or 4 day ago and i still not have an answer.
    I know it's summer, but it's not profesional for a support which tell you when you post your ticket that staff answers in less than 24h.
    I didn't wanted to be rude. There is perhaps too many ticket for now...

    Support is never on holiday :D ! All tickets are aimed to be replied to within 24 hours, at busy times it might take a little bit longer though. Please make sure you submitted an inquiry correctly, from a valid e-mail that you have access to, and you received an auto-reply upon submitting it. If you did receive it and you still have no answer, please reply to the message and ask for an update from your registered language support team.
