    Can anyone suggest a good set for my Steam Mechanicus? It's level 28 in Parallel World.

    Simple... Level up. You aren't going to make much progress soloing the PWs. Nor are you going to find many people your level to play with in the PWs. Plus, any set you get now will be obsolete in a matter of days. Better that you simply level up to 55 and join a party then. Then you can actually try for end game gear.

    Trying to find a set at your level is like trying to craft legendaries at your level... a pointless waste of time. Spend your time leveling up instead and use whatever good you find along the way.

    Here is a nice idea, level up to levevl 55 then come and ask about builds again
