    Pretty simple idea, when you already have a character that is lvl 55, and you want to create a new one, there must be an option that gives you permission to create lvl 55 character. Of course all of the quest will be gone, since it will be abusable for andermands, every part of the world map will be unlocked
    P.S Only PW quest will not be deleted/gone

    There is too much character "development" in getting to level 55.

    Starting at 55 with no wisdom, no gems, no runes, no cores, no crafting materials, no equipment at all...
    ...man that would vacuum more than the top-of-the-line hoover.
