missing items!!

    Yestrday(9.3.2018) i log out with my pvp build, pvm build in bag3(i also activade 3 day pemium),and today i log in and in bag misssing my pvm build(mega set 3parts and kalis cloak).Hapend to any1 else that??And yes i reported!!(the 2 items not gone are lvl 60!)
