    The name of reduction is" Full Kobold locker".

    Are you asking about the sale that offers fully unlocking all inventory and locker slots? If yes, these sales are not announced beforehand. We don't know when they will be held. Just keep an eye out - I'm sure one will be coming around if there hasn't been one for a while. ;)

    Just note that these full-inventory/locker sales are not in Andermant, but real cash, if I'm not mistaken (so, different kind of sale).
