    Hello Heroes,

    The Datacenter Operation Team is going to perform a required maintenance at the whole datacenter in Ashburne (USA) on the 13th of April, starting at 7.00 AM ending at 9:00 AM CEST (UTC+2). The Internet Service Provider is going to be changed.​

    Since server 648 (Agathon) is located there this means that this server will be offline for the announced time.

    It is possible that hiccups in the data center network connections and in the product connections from the load balancers and game servers can occur during the maintenance.​

    Also DNS (domain name system) issues can occur for the next 48 hours worldwide. Our DNS zones are configured for less update times, but we do not know how well all name service in the internet will work.​

    The DNS change is necessary because we got a new public network and therefore new IP addresses.

    We will update the information when necessary. Thank you for your understanding.​
