    I think I should open that T2 unique chest if I had after level 60.

    Or just open them and melt them from the start. Those items won't suddenly be able to replace crafted/tweaked LVL 55 gear just because it is level 60. Unless you are a brand new LVL 55 with less than 2 months in the game, those items will serve no purpose other than some free melt.
