Problem with increasing cloak category

    I have a problem I completed all the "Behind the scenes" missions, but I didn't get the 4/6 reward from this mission and now I can't increase the cloak category. Anyway I do not know if I am posting in the right place but I need the reward of this mission I would like to know if it is some kind of error and if you can help me. I without the reward of this mission I am not able to use this bench feature I was wondering if there is any way to help me.

    As you can see I can't increase the category in this image below.

    Only I can create cloaks which is 6/6 mission reward.
