    Dear Heroes of Dracania,

    We have successfully deployed two scripts today. On the one hand we have given the 999 Essences of Destruction to all users who purchased a Lucky Mount Offer recently but never got those essences. The second script has tackled those users with problems with Drake’s quest Frozen Relic 2/2. Bear in mind that this script only works with affected offline users so we will be running this script frequently in the background to ensure that all users get covered. If you are still experiencing problems with it, do not hesitate to contact Customer Support.​
