    Sooo im doing it wrong trying to get increase damaged % on staff enchants ? Or i nedded to go for the increased damage in this item?

    You want 4 lines of "% increase damage on this item". And as many gold lines of those you can get. However, don't wait for 4 golds. I've crafted to my staff 3 times.
    1) 1gold/2blue lines gold %idoti and 1blue %dam (don't remember the numbers)
    2) 2gold/1blue lines %idoti (+173%) and 1blue %dam
    3) 3gold/1blue lines %idoti (+275%)

    I'm working on the 4 gold lines of %idoti. I've yet to create a 4 gold line anything, so looking forward to that. :) I've got several 3gold/1blue successes. Just the 4th one eludes me. :)
