Where can I find "Flame of a Phoenix"

    I noticed the bolstered fire gnome can be crafted by 25x Flame of a Phoenix, but I dont know how to get this material, where can I find the "Flame of a Phoenix"?

    You can find 5 at the mini events. But i can't seem to find where else you can find...
    You have to complete all minis -_-

    You can obtain them only from progress bar.
    You can get enough parts to create both pets.
