    Hello Heroes,

    As many of you have already mentioned – many players have experienced that during group play, only 1 member of the group would get item drops.

    You can be relieved now! With release 144 the developers have fixed the rooting servers which were the root of all evil and the cause behind this issue.

    Unfortunately it took the developers some time to find the connection between the problem and the cause as the problem was difficult to reproduce 100% at first. Luckily this issue will be soon resolved.
