Bug Cinema Issues

    As you can see from the screen shot that is what is happening after the please wait box goes.
    time 21.00 onwards been trying for an hour.
    Country = UK
    User ID Tinkingbell
    Browser .. first tried with firefox so changed to explorer same issues in both
    Also tried 3 different pc's

    The accounts created through 3rd parties will not be able to login through farmerama.com directly :( The direct login on our website works only for accounts set up through it - this would mean that you need to start over.

    1) Short description of the issue experienced: Click on it. It appears to be starting a video, but then nothing appears, it's just a black box.
    2) Time when it occurred (preferably in CET): It's been happening for DAYS! No specific time. It happens all different times of the day. I haven't viewed a video in at least 3 days maybe 4.
    3) Country you are playing from: USA
    4) Screenshot
    5) User ID: 51013054
    6) Browser used: Chrome on a Chromebook and Chrome on a Windows 7 desktop computer

    Please be so kind and make sure that your Shockwave movie player is up to date, as the black screen is often caused by an outdated version of the player.

    There are 3 of us in my household who play Farmerama. One can now get videos, but I still can't. It has gone on for DAYS! Please, can you fix it for me? My id is 50906783.

    Are you playing from the same internet connection and/or computer? You might want to log into the trouble account before the other two - some offers are unique / IP or device.

    I checked it and it is. I also cleared my browser of history, cookies, etc. All to no avail. :(

    I am a bit confused by your accounts - you have reported one out of three accounts having problems but the posts are changing from one account to another - please clarify what issue is experienced, with which account. :oops:

    Still waiting for Cinema to work again... ID 52104269

    Just to clarify... All 3 accounts are not able to play the Cinema. The accounts are:
    User: clkinarlington ID: 52104269
    User: ck_in_nova ID: 50906783
    User: ck_in_nova*2 ID: 51013054

    We use a Windows 7 Desktop and an Acer Chromebook. It doesn't work on either. Flash version 17,0,0,134 is installed on the Windows 7 desktop and that is the latest version. The Cinema worked most of the time before this crazy time, so I don't understand and am quite frustrated.

    On the Windows 7 desktop, we have tested it in Chrome Version 41, Firefox Version 37, and Internet Explorer 11... all to no avail.

    Hello clkinarlington :oops:

    I have checked all your account logs and I noticed that on the first 2, no videos worked or gave rewards since the 1st of April, and on the last one, the last time you received movie points was on the 7th, 4 days ago - for 2 movies.

    This might add to your frustration - but the movie you might get could be the same, sadly I cannot determine it in this case, because I cannot access it :( All I can advise you is to keep trying, because with 1-2 attempts per day you might be unlucky to get the same offer. I know this will sound bad and I apologise. I will forward your details and hopefully the game team can determine the videos causing problems.

    Still having the problem with the Cinema. All 3 of us in my household have the same problem. I am just so frustrated I can't stand it. This has gone on for at least 2 if not 3 weeks. I have to wonder if this is just a sneaky way to force players to buy Barnyard Bills. Not in my budget, thank you. Is there a way to cancel my account? Or do I simply stop using it?

    To avoid frustration, it might be best to not use it for a short while, then try again, several times a day. I apologise for the inconvenience, but there is not much else we can do apart from reporting and waiting. :(

    I don't think I've ever seen this message before in the Cinema. Isn't the cinema supposed to play videos instead of offering us something? It almost sounds like a survey for free BB or something like that was supposed to pop-up.

    Was I supposed to get a video and did something go wrong? Or weren't there any videos and was I supposed to get the normal message about there not being any videos (I don't remember the exact message)?

    I've seen this message many times. If you try again almost immediately, you will sometimes get the "No videos available". Usually waiting a bit will get you another video to watch.

    Thank you very much for the report, this should indeed not happen. Expired offers are just like broken videos (black/white screens).

    The black box appears with an X, which I click on and nothing happens. This has been going on for over a month. Everything is up-dated on my computer. Reside in the USA, WASH. state. If you do not want to give out the rewards, then shut the movies down; as it is a waste of my and everyone's time.
