FAQ How to clear your browser cache and cookies

    Your internet browser stores certain information about farmerama, from time to time you might get slight errors or conflicts here that mean the game doesn't seem to function correctly. This happens more often if you have more than one farm that you play.

    You may also need to clear you Flash Player cache too, see this {FAQ} How to clear the Flash cache for instructions.

    Below are instructions on how to clear the cache on 3 of the most popular browsers. Other browsers will use a similar method.​

    Microsoft Internet Explorer (IE)

    1. From the tool bar, select Tools
    2. Then click on top item, Delete Browsing History
    3. Then put a tick in the Temporary Internet Files tick-box
    4. And press the Delete button
    Mozilla FireFox (FF)

    1. From FireFox Menu, select History
    2. Then select, Clear Recent History
    3. Then put a tick in the Cache tick-box
    4. Check the Time Range pull-down is set to Everything
    5. And press the Delete button
    Google Chrome

    1. Go to the options menu (top right corner) and select Tools
    2. Then click on top item, Clear Browsing Data
    3. A new tab will now open
    4. Then put a tick in the Cache tick-box
    5. Check the Time Range pull-down is set to From the beginning of time
    6. And press the Clear Browsing Data button
