Well the FAQs are out and the event is marked as "Easy"! :)

But, unless my maths has let me down, to do all 30 games to get the CR, that makes 24,000 Electric Stars! :wuerg: I am really hoping this a typo! :p
    Drops required: 900 (approx 150 a day). 8)

I am not going to be about much over this weekend and I am seriously thinking - o_O - about letting this event pass me by. It would need at least 4 harvests a day (on two fields, I wouldn't use the Glade) so it would need a lot more time than I am able to give.

Shame, cos it does look like fun. But instead I can keep my workshops and animals out and chip away at those FSQs ... :music:
Good luck all! Looking forward to seeing all those happy dances. :inlove:

TY for starting the thread and giving us the crops/drop requirements illy1996 ;) I too feel this event is underrated as "easy". More of a medium event, IMO. Easy for those who pay for harvester or have some coupons hoarded, medium or even hard for those who do not.
At least we have 6 days :sleepy:. Let's hope the random prizes are generous.

The robot rabbit is kinda creepy looking :wuerg: lol xD

I'm thinking it's not a typo, rather an attempt to sell giant baskets to get a guaranteed +1 harvest buff for 8 hrs. -.- No doing here, if I participate it will be with no baskets. I'll just have to try for that mystical beast on the farm wheel, the 100% harvest bonus. xD That being said, of course I'll participate, lol. I don't know about the 4 harvests per day, and the random prizes really aren't anything to write home about, at least to me, but I'm always up for free SG and PF, I just like it when they throw in the occasional mystery pen/seedling or craft product ;). The number of stars being given lately makes me wonder just what exactly they have in store for us on the rumored Tree of Wisdom expansion o_O. I'm wondering if the moves stay the same for each symbol each time, or do they change, so we never know what to expect from a symbol from round to round?

Shame on me, I forgot to say thank you for the numbers crunching illy . Thank you for the numbers crunching, illy! :D:inlove:

    Thanks @illy1996 for starting!

    Event Crop - 5 hrs - 68 EP
    Regular mainland crop - Nettle and Lady's Bedstraw - 5 hrs - 32 EP

    Grow times
    5:00 hrs with nothing applied
    4:00 hrs with water applied
3:36 hrs with water and manure applied - needs SG rune
1:48 hrs with Super Grow (60%), water and manure applied - needs SG rune
1:27 hrs with Super Grow (70%), water and manure applied - needs SG rune + White Innocence buff
0:54 hrs with Super Grow (75%), water and manure applied - needs SG rune + White Innocence + Fruit Cake buffs

24000 event crops needed in 6 days = 4000 per day.
Rough calculation with replant in mind:
Using 1 field, 200 1x1 plots with CAC applied provide 600 crops per harvest = 6.65 harvests per day
Using 2 fields, 400 1x1 plots with CAC applied provide 1200 crops per harvest = 3.35 harvests per day
Using 3 fields, 600 1x1 plots with CAC applied provide 1800 crops per harvest = 2.5 harvests per day

Comfort Field takes 4 times the grow time (thus 20:00, 16:00, 14:24 etc.) and at the cost of 3 seeds to plant it provides 3 times the harvest of a regular 4x4 plot (thus 15 crops, 17 with CAC, 21 with CAC and SSG). One playfield can hold 44 CF = 660/748/924 event crop per harvest.
My strategy on this one is to nuke starter seeds untill I have enough event crops to fill up 2 fields during daytime and have enough event crops to use Comfort Fields for overnight growing (will also apply SSG on these for max result). Depending on the drop rate I'll get for doing it this way I'll keep CF overnight or I will switch to long timed crops growing while I dream.

Preparation as usual. Here, the hunt for starter drops is done with menageries, manufactories and as many 1x1 plots as possible filled with long timed crops ready to harvest soon after the start.

    Beep Bleep Beep Beep Bleep!

Believe me fellow farmers and sufferers of EOCD, I would be going for it too if the requirements were about half. I have tried before to participate when I am supposed to be doing something other than farming. I start off with the right intentions but by the end, I am logging in at every opportunity. :music:

I have decided that I will watch the dancing from afar! :inlove:

I also think this event is mislabeled as easy; since there is a high crop requirement and only 3 fields in use. If the drops do not cooperate or RL intervenes, there could be problems finishing.

I agree with spots on no basket participation; will just do my best and take what I get. Best of luck to all attending the dance!:)

I guess BP forgot that an "easy" event just a couple yrs back meant being able to grow enough crops and collect enough drops from 2x2s to complete the event without using farm machinery and gobs of SG and SSG -.-.

Rewards are actually not random. There are 120 different rewards and 120 unique dance combinations, each corresponding to a reward. Which reward corresponds to which dance is intentionally not inluded in the FAQ, we have to figure it out by trial and error. We can help each other out though by posting dance combinations and rewards we get. I can keep track in the table below.

In the table below I use numbers instead of symbols. The symbols are numbered left to right:

    1 = lightning bolt, 2 = star, 3 = musical note, 4 = paw print, 5 = heart.

When you post the result either use the symbols or the numbers like I wrote them above. Make sure you get the right order though. If you get EP or CC please also post farm level, if you get TEP include baha level. Thanks!

    130*lvl TEP
    70*lvl TEP
    10,000 CC
    5,000 CC
    5 stars
    2 stars

    I agree peeps!

My definition of easy is 2 fields 3 times a day with out needing RM, SG, or PF; AND, it gives tons of good prizes.

I will probable do this. I will have to use all 3 fields since I will not be able to harvest 4 times a day and grow overnight crops.

Mir - I am so glad that you are both SMART & Helpful!!! Thank you!

I am gonna be doing this event as my FOCD cannot be cured yet lol. I will be using all three fields to make CAC effective as possible. As cost of CAC HAS broken market prices.

It is getting expensive to Craft or buy Buffs Products now. From my calulations it is going to take at least 4 days to grow 24000 Event Crops. But that could be streached to 5 Days if we grow overnight crops to Boost Drops.

I dunno why it is set to easy in my view it should be set to medium, As it is hard to obtain drops no matter what method we used:p

We gonna have to write down the prizes for each dance The Robot Makes plus make sure it is flash Greet Light too, nit blue Light ;)

Wish lots of luck and fun to all those doing this event :p;)

I shouldn't have slept last night - somehow I have changed my mind and decided to give it a go!
Thought I was cured but apparently not!

Edit: Fighting with myself and not winning! I have decided to bypass this one. Maybe I could do it but frankly I know it always stresses me out so I am going be strong ... I think! :music:
Please do not send me any drops. 8)
Maybe I am cured after all! :inlove:

Second Edit: Bridges burned, have harvested all over - including Magic Trees! No turning back. Please note Illy is voluntarily NOT doing an event! :p

Even though I am seldom able to finish an event, I usually give it a casual go if only to earn supplies that will help with an event that I do think that I can finish at a later time. Always on the lookout for that elusive event that seems possible to complete, (not so easy with the amount of time that I can devout to the game) and has a cloud row that just can't be passed up!:)

I sure do understand though the desire to give an event a pass, especially for highly successful farmers that usually end up in the winner's circle at the end of events. The ones that I do go for take a lot of angst and energy!

Thanks illy, habalala and Mir for the numbers and the charters :) Do you believe I've just harvested without any of artcrafts? o_O:wuerg:-.->:( Just 200 drops including 4 from the magical trees and neighbors' gifts! :sleepy: Think I'll need an extra dose of luck and patience to get to the cloud :(

Well, I wish extra doses of luck to everyone, because this event was misclassified!
