eu2 obsolete ??

    I am unsure which superior moderator you expect to hear from, but I am the Board Administrator. On the forum, I am about as high as you will hear from. I apologize in advance for your disappointment in not receiving an answer from a "superior".

    Connection to the EU2 server is possible. If you are having an issue on your end, you will need to do the usual (Clean Cache, Clear Cookies, Turn Off programs that may be draining your resources, check your connection speed). Again, the EU2 Server is operational at the time of this posting.

    Is there anything else we may help you with?

    I cant connect to EU2. When the loading screen is completed i get a black screen. Other servers do work, like USA.

    Do i need to make a ticket or?

    Quite the screen remains black I assure you WalterWillow, even by typing F5 several times, and when we manage to connect it no way to play the game correctly hold constantly after a few seconds everything freezes, then leaves and re-locks and my side everything is clean and I have a very good internet connection and my caches are cleaned several times a day I 86.73 Mbps down and 11.41 Mbps up, so see my connection is nikel.
    no doubt you are also a player, so try to play on EU2 and you will see for yourself.
    I have just tried to enter EU2, I enter with great difficulty, but the game remains blocked and impossible to play

    Hello Waterwillow, thank you for your quick response, the support has already been warned but they can not say when it will be restored, in fact as you probably know, the problem comes from many cheaters who take advantage of the loophole on paraphernalia, and so instead of just removing the extra items, they preferred to block them by working on the game itself, only downside on the cards it seems that it was walking but would be in the arenas field of battles and other advantages that the low hurts and since we have great difficulty to connect, but here we are stuck constantly.
    which is unfortunate it is my biggest account is precisely on this server.
