Cannons

Now when we have all kinds of cannons so you could create or give a chance to sell or something of these 55 and 60 cannons. For me they are a wast of space and make some confusion ( after a vodka or two :-D ) if you need to change cannons in hurry.

 

Agreed.. Highly annoying that this feature is not enabled.

 

+1. Want to trade some of those Cannons for things I want/need. How about Crystals and Crowns?

Crystals or Crowns, yes, I need them too but if you could even make shrapnels of them would be good

 

agree i have lots of them and dont need em, plus when i change cannons its annoying having so much cannons i dont use different kind and level its wasting my time when place em on to my ship!

 

I am strongly against trading them for Crowns. Pearls are very easy to come by for most players now, or obviously are botted. With Pearls players could buy 55s/60s and then trade them for Crowns. Lets try keep Crowns as exploit free as we can

I do think we should be able to get something for our old cannons though. Or I would even be happy with a forum event where you choose a genuine small player, explain the reason you would like to give him your old items in a post and the best 5 reasons the moderators credit the items to the small players account and remove the items from your account.

I disagree giving items away will only encourage people to make small ships to bot with , I posted in a previous thread why not use a mixture of cannons 60`s 55`s admirals that can be traded for level 2 admiral cannons ,instead of 1 ep + elp per shot make it 2
and maybe also a slight damage rise with theses cannons .

 

I think you should be able to trade your old cannons for better cannons, something like:

5 pcs. 50 pounders = 1 pce. 55 pounder (same level to same level)

5 pcs. 55 pounders = 1 pce. 60 pounder / Admiral (same level to same level)

10 pcs. 60 pounder = 1 pce. voodoo cannon (60 pounder level 0/1/2 to voodoo level 0, level 3/4 to level 1 and level 5 to voodoo level 2)

5 pcs. voodoo = 1 pce. Doomhammer or Firestorm (same level to same level)

Devastor should still only be available in Bokors until a new and better cannon is released.

I will have to agree with ARKY on keeping the crowns exploit free at all costs, I never really cared about proceeding beyond 21 but I am in the process of getting to 22, and shooting those renowns and warriors to gain the daily quota along with the few crowns from boarding they are definitely not cheap to come by in ammunition costs. So, do the pearl thing with the cannons and keep the crowns out of it.

I agree here, I'd love to have an upgrade to Admiral Cannons. Level 5 Admirals getting 20k ELP a shot? Don't mind if a do aye? But I do also think that Diablo1964 had a good idea with turning them into Shrapnel. The whole idea of shrapnel is that it is scraps of unwanted or unneeded items. Why not make a kind of "equivalent exchange" where certain pearl items can be traded into Shrapnel? It would have to be more expensive than buying shrapnel outright but players could trade 60Lbs, Lanterns, P Ammo and the likes into shrapnel ammunition, but obviously at a rate where it is more expensive this way.

 

+1. Have been wanting to sell/exchange Cannons for a long time, now. This has been brought up repeatedly. Hopefully someone will listen, this time.
