I've shot a decent amount of these and havent received any coins... is it based on lucks like the pearls?

From my own experience, I believe it may be a chance until you reach 100 Reputation, after that you receive them every time.

I received an item called "vision of justice" from shooting one of the Admiral of Admirals, but I could not find this item in my weapon slots or item depot. Any1 knows what this item is for?

which rewards are increased by the reputation? Only rewards for 1m hp NPC,or rewards for Admirals and shipwrecks are also included, and what is maximum level of the reward? i believe that 30k+ pearls for 1m npc is the maximum lvl of the reward

 

how much attack does the Bloody Buccaneer have?

These event NCP should either be aggressive OR hit hard not both. I made the mistake of sinking one and now I can't go through half a map without being sunk. What a waste of time this event has become for those of us that don't have enough defense to stay afloat.

Unfortunately, it was the admiral (9 points) for the first quest which gave me another 20. I started shooting the other faction and its going to take a while and a lot of ammo to get back to zero.

can we please have a chart to show the tiers of when the rewards increase. and by what percent increase per tier

I do belive it goes like that but i may be wrong

1. x1 normal reward
2. x1.5 normal reward
3. x2 normal reward

 

I thought I saw one a few events ago with 4 tires, but I can't remember. if yours is the correct one, than it isn't that bad of a rewards system. BP should look at the positive feedback from this event and apply it to future events, because from what I can see, there is a huge positive response to this event. It gives incentive and payoff for players who do like the game and those who don't mind investing a bit into it.
