    windstorms still not working properly lost loads of them til i noticed just now.

    he means like the rest of us see that windstorms are still being used when they are activated regardless if you are sitting on top of the target you are shooting . long story short - dev team altered 1 of the few things that did actually work properly and now alot of players are unhappy with the way windstorms and hailstorms work.
