FB login - how to activate premium account

    Situation is like this:I login from FB and start play ,i got 2 weeks premium automatic as new player.Now this is timed out and on my login i get this window

    When i try to activate this offer i get this window:

    Ofcourse E-mail is mine but what password they ask me to write?
    I try with my FB or E-mail pasword and i get this
    [edit]
    "No account with this combination of user/pass was found"
    (well ofc its not found when i never created acc on this web page i loged from FB rememeber?)
    What i am doing wrong? or any sugestion how to get out from this magic circle and get this offer acctivated ?

    Ahoy mate,

    Unfortunately, that box has not worked for a while. It is not supposed to appear and is not longer a valid offer. It should not display, but it still does.
