The Chilling Brood features the following:

· 5 NPC`s, two of them are Admiral Ships
· New Ship Design (6 Puzzle Pieces)
· New Pet (black market)
· Event quests, chests and an event ranking​

The event will

· start at 12:00 noon on April 11th
· end at 12:00 noon on April. 28th​

The Black Market will be open until the end of Apr. 30th.

All times are Local Server Time.​

Against all the event ships you need to use elite ammunition.

Primeval Hydragos- and Veiled Guardian are Admiral Ships, so they will spawn after a certain number of Eggs (Primeval Hydragos) and Covert Warrior`s (Veiled Guardian) have been sunken. The Eggs will spawn when a Covert Warrior or Veiled Guardian has been sunken.

Burning Ice Ammo causes extra damage against all Event NPC`s.

The new Ship Design Exotic Warrior can be obtained by collecting six Puzzle Pieces.

In order to receive the Puzzle Pieces, you have to complete the Quests from Bill Barnacle Ballard. The last quest will reward you with Easter Mystery Boxes containing a random Puzzle Piece.

When receiving a Puzzle Piece you’ve already got, you will receive a Fallback reward such as Burning Ice Ammo, Lost Love or some other Action Items.

The puzzle can be accessed with an additional event ticker on sea-chart.

You can accept quests by visiting Bill Barnacle Ballard in any Safe Haven.

There will be several quests in a row.

The quest with the Reputation as a reward will be reset every 24 hours, whereas the Quest with the Easter Mystery Box will be reset every 24 hours. (reset is every day at 12 noon)



You will find Event Treasure Chests.

Event Chests you can open with Event Keys. They can be bought on the Black Market.

In the Chests you will find many useful items, like ammunition and action items.

What do I need to know about the Event Ranking?Points for this ranking can be obtained by making the most damage against any of the above-mentioned Event Ships on sea-chart.


At the end of the event the rewards will be distributed as follows:

Please note that due to the prizes being given out randomly, players can win more than once!


Radiant and Cursed Souls can be used to purchase items in the Black Market!

The Black Market offers a selection of different items, including a new pet: Chthonian Engine. Other items available during the event include Action Items, Burning Ice Ammo, Event Keys and a range of temporary Buffs.

Bone Essences can be used to trade them against missing Puzzle Pieces of the Puzzle Design!

The Radiant- and Cursed Souls, as well as the Bone Essences will be exchanged for in-game items. Specific details will be revealed nearer the end of the event. The Event Keys will be replaced by normal chest keys at a ratio of 1:1. Ship Plans (Puzzle Pieces) and all the Quest Items will be exchanged with 1 Gold.

 

The post event compensation will be on Monday, the 1st May at 12 noon.
