When items such as the Castle Cannon Loader have their scale pulled back (i.e., Level 6 was 3.0 seconds, now it is 2.5 seconds), shouldn't players be notified of this as well as those who paid for 3.0 seconds compensated for paying for more than they now get?

Iam not sure, but I think when they went to 7lvl's they posted it. Since I havent reached any of those yet, dont know whatwas scaled back and to what point they did, but read complaints about it, so do a search and u might find when and to what extent it was done. Sorry cant b of much more help.

Thank you for the information mate. Well...my point is that if you paid (as I did) for 3.0 seconds Reload time (Level 6) at the then Pearl cost, then had your Reload time reduced by .5 seconds (they lowered Level 6 from 3.0 seconds to 2.5 seconds), then basically I and the other players like me got cheated. We should have been compensated in some way for this.
It is kind of like you bought a new car with air-conditioning and they sent you a notice that 4 months later they were coming to rip it out and then when they did they just said: "Okay...thanks!" But you paid for the a/c when you bought the car! That isn't right!

As far as I am aware the Cannon Reloader castle has never been 3 seconds. The fastest reload time with 60s/voodoos was 2.7 seconds, if the Cannon Loader was 3 seconds, that means the reload time for them cannons would have been 2.4 seconds.

Just to help prove this, the Damage Calculator (although now out of date) posted on the 30th March 2015, a Level 6 Cannon Reloader Castle gave you the benefit of -2.5 seconds reload time.
This calculator showing this, can be found here: https://board-en.seafight.com/threads/calculator-tools.21456/

Another post from April 10th 2015 showing a Level 6 Castle is -2.5 seconds:

Hey mate, just to clarify. When level 7 castles came out, they did not scale back the old values, simply reduced the increase you would get from leveling from a level 6 -> level 7 on certain castles.

I remember talking a few months ago to a long-time player and we discussed the Castle cannon loader times (he is now a Moderator). I was pretty sure the times at one point were 0.5 sec, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0 and then 3.1 seconds for Level 7. But I'll take Arky's word. I don't have time right now to research my folders that I keep on Seafight. Thank you to all...you can close. P.S. But I know that some of these things we have paid for have been scaled back without our being notified and with no refund. I know one example is the cost for Skill Points in Crystals. If you paid for the Maximum Skills prior to the Cost Table being reduced, then you just lost out.
