    last week the servers went down when someone asked what was going on in forum they were told this>


    Hello

    If there will be a voucher to compensate the downtime of the servers yesterday.



    so my question is where is this comepensation. still cant finnd it in official announcements

    since there was no voucher posted for a week, there will be none.

    At the time we did not have definitive information whether voucher will be released or not.

    Has this answered your question satisfactorily?

    yes but not really satisfactory as i missed my calendar that day and missed out onn alot of pearls seems you guys donnt care aslonng as were paying customers but what else should i expect from bp

    I had the same experience. And I must say, that I feel a bit disappointed. A compensation would be in place...
