Suggestion that Bigpoint responds to this thread

because people are still spending money for a defective game, and as long as they do it is not going to get better

indeed for a company who have taken over the ownership of this game they have not even introduced themselves !!

 

Well, we've lost another player because of all of this..WAY TO GO BP/SF!

 

Sadly more customers are bound to follow shortly, it is inevitable. I know my days are numbered and no further cash will be spent in the meantime.

This game the awful way it's managed, the quality, the customer service and the lack of respect for their customers will soon turn this game further into the wasteland of parasites and bots that it is fast becoming.

 

Back on Topic - Bigpoint management. :- Any chance of a response to this thread before this Christmas, or indeed any future Christmas?

Meanwhile the question is not going away. And guess what, if you remove or censor it then you will only have confirmed exactly what customers have thought about this company for a long time.

Hello All,

Apologies for the lengthy wait, however certain questions cannot be answered by the Game Team as they relate to Monetary value and current finance strengths/weaknesses between currencies. So here is an answer we managed to get from those that take care of that area:

'Price changes due to exchange rate variations (the case here) go in both directions.

Our policy here is to change the prices, once we feel that the exchange rate has settled on a new & stable level.
The pound has had a few positive days – across the last 3 years, we are on the other hand still seeing an overall loss of value of around ~11%. With our price change in February we reacted to exactly that.

This drop has neither been reverted in the last days / months, nor do we see the beginning of a new trend here.
If though the EUR/GBP manages to return to the old level and we also observe a political development that leads us to believe that it will stay on that level for some time, we will certainly evaluate lowering the prices again.

To sum up: Currently there are no concrete plans to change prices back again. We will react though if the GBP stabilized itself on a new (higher or lower) level. We will keep an eye on this.'

Turbulence and unpredictability are to be fully expected whilst there is instability and uncertainty in the financial markets caused by Brexit. However, in due course once these arrangements are fully agreed and finally settled and the pound rises in line again to it's former glory or even higher against the Euro, which it inevitably will.

As the Euro steadily weakens in future by being, 'watered down' caused by all the much less prosperous nations joining up for membership of the EU and sharing out the established wealth that has been accrued by the more established richer areas, creating the Euro's turn to take a free fall long term tumble against the £Pound (which will happen).

At this point will this mean, not only will the past 12% price rise imposed on the United Kingdom be fully reversed, but this game at that point will also become cheaper as the Euro plummets even further against the £Pound Stirling?

 

lets rember back to the launch of the euro ,it took a almost fatal crash almost bankrupting thoses in it

 

Oessian what is happening on the overwhelming Bot situation in the game? Does management even enforce their own T&C anymore especially in dealing with exploits and bots or is there a new financial spending threshold that is reached where the T&C do not apply and management looks the other way? Please respond.
