Event chests seems to be fine
Did any1 get pearls from small npcs ?

I doubt it, because Pearls are not a potential reward from the small NPC :

The HMS Convoy Ship, however, you can earn about 45,000 Pearls if you are lucky.

It seems that luck has nothing to do with rates of drop, or am I unlucky ? 22 Convoy ships and still no perls.

Unfortunately, it is only a chance to receive this reward from the Event Ship. That means, that you are not guaranteed to win this reward, it may take you many attempts before you get the reward you are enquiring about.

These rewards are entirely random, nor is there anything special you need to do to increase your chance of getting a particular reward. Of course, Lady Luck also plays an important role here.

All voucher codes can be found in the Voucher Codes thread when they are released.

We also would like sugarcanes on the water again, last time was in christmas event in 2008 .

No eggs = total business malfeasance by the developer, imho. Maybe Easter Egg hunts are a foreign concept to many, but this is the U.S. West server after all.

 

Totally disappointed in this event. No pearls available AT ALL for the smaller ships. The only chance of getting pearls is to shoot William but you need to do at least 7ml damage to it or you get nothing, which sucks. The administration of this game keeps on cutting off the smaller ships and leaves everything for the bigger ones, as always. Sad!

 

I'm guessing that if you're level 21 and above you will not even get pearls--just crowns. That's all I've received from them.

 

I have shot the William multiple times and have received pearls. And my boat is above lvl 21.

in order to give the little boats a break they have to keep the big boats out of the lower maps and they won't do that

 

I think the 3% mark should be dropped on the BIG admiral ... Mostly BIG ships HOG on there for BP and they end up doing more damage.
