    this is because you do not have the admiral cannon crafting recipe unlocked. the recipe was obtained using a now expired voucher code. I am unsure if the option is still in the shopping cart because I have the recipe unlocked, but if it's available still, you should be able to buy the recipe for 100 million gold in the shopping cart. after the recipe has been obtained, you will then be able to craft the admiral cannons
