Event ranking - 'unknown'

    in the event ranking(s) 'Save the Winter Feast - Regent's Enforcer', theres a bunch of ranks that have an 'unknown' as the name --- is that just my internet loading the names too slow or what's that about?

    sample rankings around ranks 600+

    (its the same in the other rankings, yet lesser unknown -s)
