    do these douchebags ever give quests or are they just there for show? they never, ever, have anything to offer, what's the deal??????????????????????????????????

    • Gwyneth Belina Fairfax shall provide you with Quests once you are level 22 and have completed all prerequisite quests from Oswald Murray in 17/1 Safe Haven.
    • Bill Barnacle Ballard shall provide you with Quests once you level 25 and completed 4 prerequisite quests from Monroe Robinson found in 24/1.
    • Jayne Dalton shall provide you with Quests once you are level 26 and completed 1 prerequisite quest from Bill Barnacle Ballard found in 22/1.
