    Its it spawn by itself... What time?

    use to be on the clock,assume it still is,,every 4hrs from resarts.
    if wrong,im sure ill be corrected ")..

    As blindluck stated, the VCMA Valencia spawns every 4 hours from the last Restart. On a standard day without any additional restarts, this shall spawn at:
    9am, 1pm, 5pm, 9pm, 1am - Local Server Time.
