    I have been bought 2 times 250 event keys on Black-market, but I only received 1 time.

    I spent pearls, but I didn't receive the items.

    Could you help me in this case?

    I've been tried to report in Support, but a dialog box shows " An error occurred. Please try again later."

    that dialog box always appears when trying to contact support, m8. it's a known issue when sending tickets to support and the team will tell you to wait for a response and don't send more tickets to support as it will delay your response. that's what i've been told. hope that helps and good luck.
