    just wondering why there aren't any cabin boys in black market on global america 3? maybe i missed something. ty in advance.

    on other servers tho they are in black market. checked 3 other servers and all 3 had cabin boys in black market along with that longboat.

    Yes that is correct. They are not available in the Black Market on either PVE server.
