can not finish level 25 test

    Hi! I have done shooting 30 mil on HRMA Triumph, and done everything else. But when I go to oswald murray to deliver 210k this comes up http://prntscr.com/hzy032

    As you can see I have done all quests and gathered all the crowns etc needed for the test
