Columbus Event

The columbus event payout is wrong.

Forum says chance of pearls. But it is paying out the new region coins.

Depending on how much damage you cause against Battlin' Brig, you are rewarded with experience point and with a small chance Pearls.

The player who has inflicted the most damage has a small chance to gain a Homing mine.

As you can see from the FAQs it states, small chance pearls, you are not guaranteed to gain pearls.

 

I recieved 18796 of the new map region coins, the npcs in the new map region only pay out 10 of these coins so why would an event small NPC pay out nearly 19k of them?

What im saying is, should this of not been 18796 pearls and not the safnad coins..

Also, the admiral isnt showing where it has spawned on the sea chart. Im not sure if this is a bug too?

 

We have just deactivated the event for now.

The loot configuration for Battlin' Brig is wrong (it´s Safanad coin instead of pearls).

As soon as it´s fixed we will activate the event again.

Does it show that the admiral has spawned, is it just the map that was missing?

 

No it doesnt show anything, The counter hit 1000 then started again as normal but no message on sea chart about the admiral

 

There was also something wrong with the seazon coins for the event. I need 10 shipwrecks to collect 5 coins, but the counter stuck at 7.

 

please put more npcs and shipwrecks on the water, there right now is about 10 bots in each map shooting events, leaves very little opportunity for the rest of us who actually like to play the events themselves.

The announcement message can not be seen on all maps, you need to be within a radius of the map where it spawned to see the message.
