    Can someone look into why i hit 1k harder with hollows on my design with 17% damage gem than the design with 19% damage gem? All castles, pets, and other gems are the same as far as i can tell. I am confused as to why a better gem makes me hit so much less???

    what cannons are you using , it's possible that you have different cannons that shoot less than the cannon set up that shoots more?
