    Is there an ELP boost? I'm not talking about admirals.

    ELP can be boosted in different ways;
    • Cannons give +1 ELP with Elite Ammo, Admiral Cannons give an extra +1 ELP regardless the type of ammo
    • Elite Ammo gives 100% ELP, some Ammo gives 200% ELP
    • Obedience Trainer Level 3 gives 5% ELP
    • Tigereye Special Ship Gem gives 10% ELP
    • ELP Booster gives 100% ELP
    • Winter Light gives 100% ELP
    • Kings Legacy gives 25% ELP
    • Ship's Bell Castle Level 8 gives 35% ELP
    • Elite Legacy Skill 6/6 gives 30% ELP
    • 2 Ran Figureheads give 10% ELP
    • Having an Elite Ship (any kind) gives 10% ELP
