I have 3 event keys, yet I can't open the event chests to complete my quest (Winter Whine). What gives?

    Ahoy,

Having reviewed your account, this appears to be working as designed, I successfully opened one Event Chest as shown:

    2018-12-08 05:38:55 You received 5 x Pumpkin Power.
    2018-12-08 05:38:55 You received 1 x Gingerbread.
    2018-12-08 05:38:55 You opened a locked chest.
    2018-12-08 05:38:55 1xEvent key was/were removed. Reason: Chest opened.

Please ensure you are attempting to open the correct type of chest:

You may also notice we used one Light of Tortuga while on the account, this has been replaced so that you have the same amount as you did prior.

@Swift FYI, in your response above, the image of the chest type is not displaying.

    Ahoy,

    Thank you
Bawdyn, it should now be corrected. I should really learn how to upload images correctly the first time .
