    Hello there, we are not be able to see the event npc called Slashing Sickle.They have said:

    • Spawn announcement: The spawn announcement for the admiral: “Slashing Sickle” will be shown on every map (now it is one map radius)

    Ahoy,

    As mentioned in today's     Patchday Notes 2018:

    Improvement/ bug fix: The spawn announcement for the admiral: “Slashing Sickle” will be shown on a radius of three maps (the announcement for all maps doesn´t work for this admiral)

    As this has now been corrected, this thread shall be closed.
