    I can't purchase flare ammo in black market since last Jolly Roger Day, now still cannot. What's wrong with it? Unable to participate in the event if not available. Fixed it.

    ya, it appear at elite market but there is no discount on the flare selling in elite market. Still original price 50 pearls per 100 flare, not freedom discount price 40 pearls per 100 flare.

    Last event, it is the same as this event. The icon not even shown. Only the crown flare are shown and I don't even buy 1 from it.

    As the Jolly Roger Event has concluded this post will be closed.

    However the flares were only available in the elite section of the forum, as we had another event running at the time, so the amount you saw was correct.
