    Stuck loading 59% on all browser, download client, tried several PCs aswell.

    I have found with browsers that happened to me also after clearing all history and closing browser then re-open login was able to get past 59% but on game client can not clear history but only time that happens is on a restart and now seems to take 15 to 30 mins. after the re-start to be able to log back onto sea chart. hope it helps
